Dear Brethren:

The second Ministers' Annual Appreciation Conference (MAAC) will be held at the Hanging Moss Rd. Church of Christ in Jackson, Ms. November 13-18, 2010 where Evangelist, Curtis W. Pittman and I, Joe D. Gibbs, Sr., founder/director will serve as the host ministers

The focus of the conference will be to honor those ministers who have made significant contributions as a minister and public figure locally and nationally and who have made an impact on other young men aspiring to the ministry and other areas. So many times our Servants of God work, live and die without being shown the appreciation they rightly deserve and this Ministers' Annual Appreciation Conference is designed to spotlight them and their work.

We invite you to nominate a minister whom you feel should be honored at this first Conference or feel free to nominate yourself. With the nomination, we ask that you tell why you are nominating the person, outlining some of his noteworthy accomplishments. All nominations along with biographical information and a picture should be received no later than July 30, 2010.  Address your correspondence to Joe D. There will be a $2.00 walk-in daily registration fee which would allow each non-speaking attendee access to all services on any particular day of activities.

A souvenir book will be prepared and you may purchase congratulatory ads to be placed in the book. Whole pages are $l00.00; one-half pages are $75.00 and one-fourth pages are $50.00. The ad information may also be sent to Joe D. Gibbs, Sr. at the Ashbury Lane address. You may design your ad and send the copy and your payment on line.
